what's happenin'?!

Well..... I had been busy making stuff for the store to display & sell at the CHS craft fair. I did discover that black is not a good fashion choice when you are sanding, sanding and more sanding!

Jayton has recovered well from his surgery. He has just a little hole as a 'battle scar' in his palate right behind his front teeth.....we will see what his plastic surgeon has to say when we visit in '09. Jayton did get a piece of apple up in the hole yesterday and I was trying to flush the darn thing out. He thought it was pretty funny when water would then fly out his nose! I faintly recall those days pre-palate repair when food & such would come out of his nose. Especially if he sneezed during feeding time- watch out! LOL!

I made one of the free snapfish 8 x 11 books that was announced on Oprah!

Friday night I have bunco with my girls! YEAH!

Saturday night a bunch of us plan to see Twilight.... cannot wait.

I hope to accomplish something this weekend- I need to put all the Halloween crap away, the decorations & costumes are all over the spare room upstairs waiting to be stored in the dormer. I also need to get some paint samples to figure out my big paint project that I am dreading beyond words.....I should also try to throw some excercise in there somewhere. I have been so bad! I should also try to finish at least one of my multiple crafty projects that I have started (see pic). Finally, Christmas...... uugghh. I hate trying to figure out what to buy. So far only Ashlyn is DONE.

* edit * OK.... Amanda reminded me that I also scrapbooked in the backseat of my Acadia while Jeff drove us to Portland. I made a lil mini scrapbook for the store. 3 words HEADACHE from hell - Zip Dry should be used ONLY in a well ventilated area.

You forgot the share how die hard you are. I am refering to scrap'n in the car. :) I relate to the painting... ugh, I hate painting with a passion. Would rather mow the yard everyday. I feel ya,

I love the craft fairs that are all around, this time of year. I am an admitted obsessed scrapper, but I have never scrapped in the car. LOL! I am so glad that Jayton is recovering well.
If I had my choice, I would be seeing Twilight on Friday, right when it comes out, but I will not be able to go until Monday with a few friends. I am patient, but very excited too!
